On Arrival Nepal Visa, Nepal Travel Update
Nepal provided an on arrival visa and no more quarantine for tourists travelling in Nepal. Nepal government has still continued 10 days quarantine for tourist since the end of the last week. All trekking and travel routes are reopening in Nepal after the post-pandemic. The spokesperson of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Mr Taranath Adhikari told that the cabinet meeting on 18 March has announced that quarantine for foreigners is avoided and no more quarantine was announced initially. Likewise, later on, the Nepal government continues to lock down till 29 April for more days due to the rapid increases in COVID cases in Nepal.
Likewise, the cabinet meeting also proved that tourist can get an arrival visa by providing a PCR report of COVID-19 72 hours before entering Nepal.
Tourists have to provide the following documents before entering Nepal-
1. Issued Visa from your country or anywhere Nepalese diplomatic mission
2. You can get an arrival visa submitting (72 hours before COVID 19 PCR negative report)
3. Vaccines proof against COVID-19
4. Recommendation letter from travel agencies regarding your travel issues
Moreover, the provision of five thousand US dollar of Coronavirus insurance for any foreigners has been removed. Now tourists can travel in Nepal with their normal travel insurance. Although all the rules have been changed and updated by the government according to the demand of different tourism organization.
