Besides that, starting from 14 March till 30 April visa on arrival for all foreigners has been suspended for the removal period. Also, all the foreign nationals entering Nepal since 14 March 2020 are subjected to stay in Self Quarantine. Nepali nationals including NRNs are subjected to stay in Home Quarantine for 14 days from the date of their arrival. All the permits for expedition, climbing, and trekking in different regions of Nepal and to be issued for spring-2020 are suspended. So, for preventing these difficulties and viruses, postponement of Visit Nepal 2020 to 2022 is the right decision. With the hope of the virus being cured within 2020, this event is postponed to 2022.
